NW Region British Gymnastics Grade 3/4/5 Competitions - 2002

Entries to Bernadette Farrington - click here for Entry Forms. In the 'entries to' section please put Bernadette's name, Closing dates need to be the Friday or Saturday before the stated closing date.

Entry Fee: Please make all cheques payable to "North West Trampolining". £6.50 per individual - Teams no fee. Entries must be made on the entry form.

Closing Date: All entries MUST be postmarked BEFORE the closing date. NO LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED. Proof of Posting should be obtained.

Age Groups: U9, U11, U13, U15, U18, O18 Male/Female.

Teams: Consist of 3 or 4 Competitors of same age/sex. The highest 3 scores in the two rounds to count for team total

Judges: All Clubs must submit the names of officials/qualified judges prepared to stay all day. Or a suitably qualified replacement.

These are the minimum required, additional help (marshals etc.) gratefully received. Recorders will be used on a rota basis; half a day will be acceptable where clubs have less than 5 entries. Marshals will be selected from clubs entering more than 5 entries again on a rota basis.

This should ease the problems faced this year where we had no recorders or marshals at some competitions.

A Judge may be purchased for the fee of £25.

Details: MAPS will be sent for each venue. PHOTOCOPY the entry form or store it on computer to print out as and when required.

Where time allows an officials list and timetable will be sent to clubs before the event. S.A.E. will guarantee information is sent. (1^st Class stamp)

Rules: All BTF rules apply

Trampolines: 6mm beds (6 x 4mm may be available)

FINALS: No finals in Grade 4 and 5. Finals will only take place for the top 6 in the 3 Grade time permitting.

E-mail can be used to send entries early but paper copy + cheque must be sent to reach by the closing date.
