1. Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which takes effect on the date on which you first use the site. WVTC reserves the right to add to or change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes on-line and it is your responsibility to refer to and comply with these terms on accessing the site. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions as modified.
2. You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights including copyright and database right in the WVTC web site and its contents belong to WVTC or are otherwise used by WVTC as permitted by applicable law.
3. In accessing the WVTC web site you agree to access the contents solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. You are not permitted to copy, download, store in any medium (including any other web site), distribute, transmit, modify or show in public any part of the WVTC web site without the prior written permission of WVTC or in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
4. Links to the WVTC site must be direct to the WVTC homepage. WVTC disclaims all liability for any legal or other consequences (including for infringement of third party rights) of links made to WVTC's site.

These terms and conditions are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with English law and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. The various provisions of these terms and conditions are severable and if any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction then such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions.

Privacy Policy

1. General

You have full control over the information we store on you and the communications (if any) you would like to receive from us. We collect general statistical information about visitors to our website for reporting and to improve future content. We also collect personal information about you via registration forms to provide you with a range of personalised services, some of which are not accessible unless you supply individual identifiable information. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of this information by WVTC. WVTC will not pass on any personal information to third parties unless required to do so by law. Contact us

When you contact us via email you automatically provide us with your email address. This is used to reply to you when necessary and may only be used for other communications related to the use of this website.

Guestbook

When you place an entry in our Guestbook you may provide a contact name and email address. This will only be used by WVTC for the sole purpose of communications related to the use of this website. We accept no responsibility for use of your email address by third parties.

Registering for Database Services

When you register for a Database service, e.g. Tariff Database we collect the following information; Username, Password, Email address, Date registered, Last used date, Full name and Club name. This information is used soley for the administration and use of the database system except that your email address may also be used for other communications related to the use of this website.

Forums

When you register as a user of the Forums you provide as a minimum a user ID, password and e-mail address in addition to which we also record the date of registration. This information is used soley for the administration and use of the Forums except that your email address may also be used for other communications related to the use of this website. WVTC accept no liabiliy for information, either text or image, posted by a user of the Forums including libility for subsequent use of this information by third parties. WVTC also record the IP address of Forum users as measure to discourage abuse of the Forums.

Club Listings

Registration for this service uses the same database as the Forums and the hence the privacy information above also applies. Users of the Club Listing feature have full control of whether their contact information (Name, e-mail and telephone number) is display to other users of this feature. WVTC will honour these choices but do not accept responsibility for use of your contact details by third parties.

3. What are cookies and do we use them?

Cookies are a standard method of registering user preferences when people use websites, to ensure a better and more personalised experience. They are pieces of information stored on your computer’s hard disc drive. This ensures that we know information about you when you next visit our site. For example a cookie is used to save your tariff database username and password to make login easier. The cookies we pass to you are anonymous and do not hold information on you or reveal your personal identity. You can choose not to use cookies by deselection the option on the Login Screen.

4. Links to other websites

In our website we also provide links to other websites for your convenience and information. Please be aware that these sites may have different privacy policies and we have no control over and take no responsibility for any information submitted to these sites. Photograph Policy

Inclusion of photographs commemorating events and successes can motivate club members, promote the clubs activities and be something to share with family and friends. The policy concerning the use of photographs on this site is taken from the Department for Education and Skills web site (http://safety.ngfl.gov.uk) which is provides guidelines for the publication of school web sites.

1. No photographs of individual children will be used.
2. Group photographs of children may be used but these will not be captioned with the children's names.
3. Permission will be obtained from the child's parent or guardian before images which breach rule 1 and 2 are used.
4. If a parent or guardian objects to any image of their child on the web site it will be removed immediately.

Sponsorship Policy

WVTC in a non-profit making organisation. Funds generated from sponsorship, voluntary donation and subscription are used to offset expenses incurred in the creation and hosting of this website.

Sponsorship will be accepted from companies and organisations who wish to contribute towards the development and promotion of trampolining through the West View Trampoline Community website.

WVTC recognises the debt it owes to Sponsors and the trust which they place in us. WVTC accepts there is a responsibility arising from this relationship and makes the following commitments:

• WVTC will designate a named individual who is responsible for maintaining contact with the Sponsor
• the specific nature and level of individual subscriptions and contributions made by Sponsors will remain confidential
• WVTC will seek approval of Sponsors prior to use of Sponsors information including logo, trademark or other means of corporate branding

In accepting sponsorship WVTC asks that the following commitments form the basis of relationships between the Sponsor and WVTC:

• sponsorship of WVTC will not be used to imply approval or recommendation of particular products
• the nature of the sponsorship and the level of support to WVTC will be agreed annually and in writing
• payments will be initiated through invoices from WVTC on dates agreed with the Sponsor

Sponsors are invited to used the following statement in their literature, replacing XXXX with their name:

"WVTC, West View Trampoline Community, exists as a non-profit organisation dedicated to the promotion of trampolining and provision of online trampoline resources for all. In order to meet these objectives WVTC relies upon funds from voluntary contribution and sponsorship.

Everyone associated with WVTC deeply appreciates the generosity of XXXX in sponsoring our website and helping us to promote trampolining in the UK. If you are interested in helping WVTC you can contact us through our web site at http://www.wvtc.co.uk."
